The primary purpose of this position is to provide general office support within Extended Studies/Prison Education Program. It will be responsible for front-desk operations, including answering phones, opening, logging, sorting mail, and email, taking messages, making referrals, and greeting the public. This position will be the central point of contact for Extended Studies/Prison Education Program clients, including students, parents, sponsors, and adjunct and affiliate faculty. It will guide them through processes, analyze distance learning issues, and determine the correct individual /department to refer them to. This position may also support the units within the department with data entry into Banner, WorkDay, and local databases and various tasks that occur during peak registration periods and large projects.

$36,156.00 - $51,432.00
SALARY
$3,160.00 - $4,425.00 Monthly
