American Institutes for Research is currently seeking a Senior Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Consultant focused on Thriving Youth and Justice Systems to join our Youth, Family & Community Development (YFCD) Program Area within AIR’s Human Services Division.  The selected candidate will value diversity, equity, and inclusion and is committed to a strengths-based perspective. The Senior Training and Technical Assistance Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert supporting AIR staff who provide training and technical assistance focused on the adult criminal and juvenile justice systems. Applicants must possess experience and expertise in one or more of the following areas:

- Adult reentry support services
- Institutional and community supervision
- State and local governments and community-based organizations
- Juvenile justice

Candidates hired for the position might initially start working remotely but will eventually have the option to work from one of our offices located in Arlington, VA; Rockville, MD; Austin, TX; Chicago, IL; Chapel Hill, NC or Waltham, MA or continue to work remotely.
