The Community Connections Pilot Program Coordinator (CCPPC) is the Latino Coalition for Community Leadership's presence inside Community Connections participating facilities. For this role, under direction, the CCPPC is responsible for connecting individuals at Denver Women's Correctional Facility to a WAGEES community partner. The CCPPC will assess medium to high-risk candidates whose parole plan is tabled or that are at 180 days off their mandatory release date from the participating Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) facility and will enable the resources to collaboratively work towards a Community Support Plan that will integrate into their existing facility prerelease work and their WAGEES individual service plan.
