Porticus seeks a Programme Manager to help develop and manage regional grants and programmes for the North American region, collaborate with cross-regional colleagues on programmes and grants with a focus on the Criminal Justice. We are looking for someone who can lead the design of this portfolio, can make recommendations for a program plan, and manage the grants that follow. In the North American context, we are particularly interested in applying a youth and young adult lens across all of our work.

The Programme Manager is responsible for all stages of the programming cycle (identification, relationship building, formulation, design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation & learning) and she/he builds and maintains a strong engagement with partner networks around the world. As this role fits within a broader sector of work organized around strengthening society to become more just and equitable, the Programme Manager will also help to develop partnerships in the area of democratic governance and civic engagement and promote gender equity.
