The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading the New Jersey region and ensuring the provision of high-quality tutoring services for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated students in New Jersey. This includes managing several programmatic and university partnerships as well as supervising a team currently made up of one Division Manager and 1-2 part-time Volunteer Engagement Coordinators.

Preferred candidates  will reside in New Jersey. Candidates residing outside of New Jersey may be  considered, but must be able to easily travel to meetings in New Jersey on a  regular basis (weekly or biweekly). The position allows for flexibility to  regularly work from home, a co-working space, and/or PGP's headquarters in Princeton, New Jersey.
