The Operations Associate will provide high level executive support to the Initiative Director and initiative team with the development of operational plans, event plans, project management, scheduling, and other administrative support. The Operations Associate will routinely collaborate with the team to create systems, policies, and practices for the initiative.

The Unlocking Potential Initiative team provides technical assistance to some of the 200 colleges and 48 corrections agencies as part of the U.S. Department of Education’s Second Chance Pell Experimental Sites Initiative, 42 reentry education and employment organizations funded through a Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), as well as various other projects designed to enhance the quality and quantity of postsecondary programs in prison across the country and the equitable rate of completions among incarcerated students.
