Lodging

As a reminder, the 13th National Conference for Higher Education in Prison will be hosted at the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead, 3300 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30305. You will have a room at this hotel for easy access to all conference events!

As a financial aid recipient, the cost of your hotel room will be covered by the conference. There is no charge to you for the cost of the hotel room and you will not be billed any amount at check-in. However, you will be responsible for any incidentals associated with your room.

You do not need to book a hotel room. We will follow up with you once you have your arrival/departure dates set and book a room for you.

Ground Transportation, Food, and Incidentals

We will provide each financial aid recipient with a Visa gift card to mitigate costs like taxi and rideshare transportation and food and incidentals purchased during travel.
