Hudson Link for Higher Education in Prison is dedicated to breaking cycles of crime and poverty through education. Founded in 1998, the organization provides college education, life skills training, and re-entry support for currently and formerly incarcerated individuals, enabling them to positively impact their lives, families, and communities. Since its inception, Hudson Link has awarded over 1,300 degrees and supported the successful reintegration of over 2,000 alumni. The organization partners with eight college partners to run college degree programs in five New York State Correctional Facilities, including Sing Sing and others. Their mission is to transform lives and reduce recidivism by empowering individuals through access to education.
The Executive Assistant is a full-time on-site role located in Ossining, NY. This position supports executive leadership with daily administrative tasks and operational needs. Responsibilities include managing schedules, preparing expense reports, coordinating meetings, and facilitating clear communication within and outside the organization. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring that critical tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
