The Development Manager is a key staff person in IGP's efforts to grow and sustain our government and philanthropic funding for programs in prisons, reentry, and the community. They will work closely with the Executive Director and Deputy Director and collaborate with the communications coordinator, grant writing consultants, managers, and our advisory committees.This staff person will support the development. and implementation of IGP's short and long-term fundraising strategy. This is an exciting moment to join the IGP team as we celebrate 20 years of our nationally recognized work.
