Anusha Somani

Programs and Events Coordinator

Anusha Somani joins the Alliance with a background in youth justice reform, mental health policy, and community-driven program design. She is deeply passionate about expanding access to education, healing, and opportunity for justice impacted individuals. Her work centers on building human centered programs that bridge systems of care and learning. In addition to her policy work, Anusha founded Mindzen, a social impact venture that leverages technology to support adolescent mental health and social-emotional learning.

Anusha earned her Master’s degree in Social Work, Policy, and Administration from the University of Chicago. She is committed to fostering environments where education, well-being, and dignity intersect for all.
