Natalie Aragonez

Operations and Program Administrator

Natalie is a committed advocate with seven years of experience working alongside system-impacted individuals and people navigating substance use disorder. Her work is grounded in lived experience. She brings a trauma-informed, culturally humble, and strength-based approach to every space she enters. Natalie creates environments centered on resilience, trust, and dignity that support the leadership of those often overlooked within traditional systems. Her work is shaped by personal transformation and deep community engagement.

She provides peer support in detox and treatment facilities across the Denver Metro Area. She also volunteers with the Colorado Department of Corrections through the Faith and Citizens Program, where she provides peer support for individuals preparing for reentry. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies in Social Systems from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Her academic focus brings together criminal justice, and social sciences.

Above all, Natalie is a proud mother. Her two children, now young adults, are her greatest teachers and strongest source of inspiration. Their shared journey through hardship and reunification continues to shape her purpose and fuels her commitment to building systems rooted in access, and opportunity.
