The artwork I am submitting represents more than thirteen years of personal growth, dedication, and perseverance. Although I have always loved animation and storytelling, especially the works of Walt Disney, I never believed I possessed artistic talent until someone encouraged me to draw every day. That simple advice changed my life.
Using graphite and colored pencils, I have developed my skills by creating realistic animal portraits, beloved animated characters, and original pieces inspired by the films and cartoons that shaped my childhood. Each drawing reflects countless hours of practice and a commitment to continuous learning.
For me, drawing is more than creating images, it is a source of peace, hope, and freedom. When I draw while listening to music, I am able to set aside my surroundings and immerse myself in a world of imagination and creativity. Art has taught me patience, discipline, and resilience, while reminding me that growth is always possible, regardless of circumstance.
My collection reflects the conference theme, Learning in Motion, because every piece represents another step in my artistic journey. Through consistent effort and an enduring passion for creativity, I continue to learn, improve, and discover new possibilities with every drawing I complete.
