I stand here, before me is a few pathways.
Labeled, The Left and The Right.
I asked myself, "what do I want?", " which one do I take?".
These pathways are beautifully paved, and very enticing.
But I have to be smart, everything beautiful isn't always good.
Then I thought, why not pave my own path?
Since I truly know what I want and need.
Those who made those paths called The Left and The Right,
did not have me in mind, they had no knowledge of my intentions for my life.
I started on my journey, called My Path., a path I'm making just for me.
Remember anything and everything worth having, doesn't come easy, you got to work for it.
This is a poem about choosing a path full of possibilities that I need. To stop choosing the already paved paths. To create my own path.
